Yes, you can cancel or downgrade your subscription anytime with no penalties or fees. After cancelling, you'll maintain full access until the end of your current billing period. Your content, clusters, and settings are preserved — you can always upgrade again later. Downgrades take effect at the start of your next billing cycle, so you never lose access you've paid for.

Because every new account includes a free trial of a paid plan with no credit card required, we do not offer refunds once a subscription has been charged.
