Publishing to Google Docs

Publishing to Google Docs in one-click can be achieved by using the power of Machined Webhooks and an automation platform like Zapier, Make or n8n.

Make.com​

Download the below blueprint and follow the instructions.

In Make:

  1. Create a scenario
  2. Import the blueprint
  3. Create a Google connection
  4. Adjust the Google Docs node settings
    • You can change the folder or filename
    • You can change the content to include more fields
  5. Grab the webhook URL from the first node (you will need it later)

In Machined:

  1. Create a new webhook
    • Name: Google Docs
    • URL: Insert the webhook url from above
  2. Enable the webhook

To publish articles:

  • Open article or cluster action menu
  • Choose "Google Docs" from the webhooks menu

That's it, you can now publish articles directly to Google Docs in one click...
