Publishing to Webflow

Once you've connected your Webflow site, you can publish articles directly from Machined.

Publishing an article​

Open the actions menu on any written article and click Publish. Select your Webflow connection, choose a publish status, and confirm.

Publish status options​

  • Publish live — published immediately and publicly visible
  • Save as draft — saved to Webflow as a draft, not publicly visible

Publishing in bulk​

Select multiple articles using the checkboxes, then open the bulk actions menu and click Publish to CMS. Choose your connection and publish status — all selected articles will be published.

Notes​

Tables and lists may not display correctly in the Webflow Designer or Editor — this is a known Webflow issue with Rich Text elements. Your content is fine and will display correctly on your live site.
